VASO is a red wine blend of the estate's four vineyards, each quite different from the next. Using organic farming practices and low yields, the vineyards allow the sites' terroir to shine through in the bottle. The best grapes are fermented in either concrete tanks or small oak barrels according to their characteristics, enhancing the uniqueness of each varietal and producing wines of style and sophistication.
