What is is a wine delivery service accessible online via that allows you to order premium wine labels around the world and have them conveniently delivered to your home, office, or any address.

For standard shipping, we cover Singapore islandwide through our courier partners.

Are you open 24/7?

The good thing about online is it's always live, so you're always free to place an order any time! Your orders will be processed and delivered according to the following schedule:

Receiving orders for same-day delivery*Monday to Friday- 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

If orders are received after our operating hours, We will start processing them once we resume operations.

Are there any chances that the delivery will be delayed?

We strive to be at your location within the time frame that we promised, barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities, or other extreme situations involving our riders.

What are your delivery fees? 

Our standard delivery fee for any order is $15. We offer FREE delivery for orders worth S$300 and above.

Is there a minimum amount for my order?

No. Any order, no matter how big or small, is a blessing!

What do I do when the item/s I want to purchase is out of stock?

Some of our labels are highly exclusive and provided to us by the winery on limited allocation. Please send us an email of the items on your wishlist, and we will see what we can do to accommodate your order, or we could suggest an alternative.

I am looking for a specific bottle that you don't have on the website. Who can I contact?

We take special orders for rare/hard-to-find bottles or anything else you may have in mind that we don't currently list on the website. Please send an email to to enquire.

Is it safe and secure to shop on

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.

How do we ensure we buy quality wine?

We only offer wines we love. That means you won't find anything in our shop that we won't drink ourselves. We are currently sourcing our wines from different winemaking regions, work directly with wineries and direct importers to ensure we only carry genuine boutique, quality wine.

To ensure you receive your wine in the most excellent condition, we properly store our wines in an air-conditioned warehouse and make sure we deliver within 2 hours after it has left our facility.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We always advise our customers to buy with confidence. If you have changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all sales delivered in good condition are final.
