Spooky Cocktails for Halloween

Cocktails and costumes… and wine for the fancy schmancy people. That’s how we are celebrating our Halloween parties. Well we can go out on a hunt to get wine labels with spooky labels but it is way too much effort for a moment of enjoyment, for us at least. Instead, how about using our existing wines to create spooky cocktails instead? Way more fun to look at and drink!

Note: Each cocktail is a generous portion for 1-2 pax, give your cocktails a taste and feel free to add as much or as little booze as you would like.

WHIZZ AND FIZZ

Ingredients:
Zest of an orange
15ml Simple syrup
45ml Cranberry juice
15ml Orange juice

45ml Rum
150ml Prosecco/Sparkling Wine

BLOODY BELLINI

Ingredients:

60ml Peach purée
120ml Prosecco/Sparkling Wine
1-2 drops of dark red food colouring

DOCTOR PLEASE

Ingredients:
1 syringe of Cranberry juice
1 glass of Sparkling wine

NIGHT WITCH BREW

Ingredients:

1-2 Blackberries for garnishing
1 slice orange for garnishing
Charcoal powder

100ml Lime juice
150ml Fanta Orange
200ml Blueberry juice
150ml Red wine, preferably a dry red. We pick an Italian red!
100ml Tequila

RED MOON MANHATTAN

Ingredients:

1 Large ice sphere
3 Maraschino cherries for garnishing
15ml Simple syrup
Charcoal powder

15ml Bourbon
60ml Red wine

BLOOD OR MUD

Ingredients:

15ML Sour cherry extract (or regular cherry extract)
6 Raspberries, crushed
6 Blackberries for garnishing
Edible glitter to be fancy

30ml Lemon juice

30ml Lime juice

30ml Simple syrup
180ml Cranberry juice

30ml Tequila
30ml Triple Sec
90ml Dry white Wine

BLACK HEARTS WIN SANGRIA

Ingredients:
8 Blackberries
5 black grapes
1 Chopped up dark plum
Rosemary to garnish

250ml Cranberry juice
250ml Brandy
350ml Sprite
750ml Dark red wine, the darkest you can find with the heaviest body
