Domaine de Bellène was established in 2005 at the urging of several winegrowers, who were interested in leasing some of their vines. From soil cultivation to bottle sales, winegrowers can now control every step of production at this new facility located in the beautiful streets of Faubourg Saint Nicolas, Beaune. Their first vinification took place in 2007 thanks to the investment in high-end equipment. Today, Domaine de Bellène strives to produce wines of high quality and balance.
Domaine de Bellène is big on environmental preservation. By using environmentally friendly materials, hiring local craftsmen and factoring in energy savings, the winery hopes to minimize its negative environmental impact.
