A restaurant in CHIJMES, Casa by Remy Lefebvre showcases 'Contemporary Woodfire Gastronomy.' Keeping with his Spanish roots, Chef Remy privileges seafood over meat, serving only one land animal per day.
A former chef of Butcher's Block, Remy now serves his own cuisine at CASA - A restaurant that evokes familiarity and comfort, like being at home (both literally and figuratively.)
Based on Remy's experiences growing up in Africa and France and starting his career in Spain, he celebrates seasonality through produce. The eco-friendly approach he takes means using sustainably caught, sourced, and sustainably farmed ingredients, along with traditional woodfire cooking.
CASA offers four- to eight-course lunch and dinner menus ranging from $88-258 and a weekend brunch paired with free-flow Champagne at $198. Meat takes second place to seafood and we recommend reserving in advance.
