As you walk in, you are welcomed by a charming bar counter and cosy tables for small groups. Further along the walls, an elegant private room in a cooling shade of jade green, sets the stage for intimate gatherings. And as you enter the open dining area, you'll be enveloped by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of a tranquil water feature, evoking the spirit of Bali.
But hold on, it's not just the ambiance that will capture your attention. Enclave is the brainchild of passionate Indonesian owners who sought to infuse their rich culture into every culinary creation. The menu showcases an array of delicious dishes that pay homage to Indonesian flavours and ingredients. Each bite is a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation, leaving your taste buds dancing on a warm vacation night.
Do not quote us on this - we also heard that Enclave offers a "food concierge service", whereby you can indulge in a curated selection of dishes from neighbouring partner establishments like the renowned Kok Sen Restaurant. Not your everyday experience, this exclusive service is reserved only for those opting for the private room, with a minimum spending requirement of $600.
We have personally tried drinking glasses of wine at the bar counter and we were pleasantly greeted and taken care of by the friendly staff and wine sommeliers. So the next time you find yourself strolling along Keong Saik Road and feeling like trying out something new gastronomically, this place is definitely worth a try.
