A joint project between Artadi and Zapiain, a Basque Cider producer.
"This mineral and salty sparkling white is produced with a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grapes from 20- to 60-year-old vines. It's yeasty and smoky with finesse and complexity, more than in previous years, given the extended contact with the lees. There are some apple notes, and it's clean and with finesse, with ultra fine bubbles and a lively sensation in the palate. There's more depth and length."
