Devaux Millesime Brut 2006 (1.5L)

“Dense gold, refined bubbles with delicate pearls of effervescence, spread over the periphery of the glass. Aromas of red and black fruits discreetly underlined by soft spices. Some delicate fragrance of citrus fruits, apple, pear almond and hazelnut. Well defined maturity, with tasty hints of honey, evolving towards chocolate and roaster coffee. The mouth is radiant, to become sensual, coupled with reserved woody notes obtained by ageing of the expedition liqueur in barrels. A warm and mineral finish. Remarkable length on the palate.”
