Domaine Thenard Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru 2013
"A less elegant but more complex nose exhibits notes of various dark berries, warm earth and distinct sauvage scents. There is better richness and power to the velvet-textured flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the robust but not especially concentrated finale. There is better phenolic maturity and thus better balance but it would be fair to describe this as a lighter weight grand cru, particularly for a Corton."
