The range of flavors seems almost immeasurable. Cassis, plums, cherries, pepper, dark chocolate and a hint of mint stand out. On the palate, the Quinta Sardonia shows fullness and strength, but remains silky with perfectly balanced tannins. The more than one and a half year wood ripeness is clearly evident. With constant harmony and smoky, vanilla tones, it completes the pleasure experience and lasts until a very appealing finale.
