Located within the iconic lobby of Marina Bay Sands, the restaurant is a modern take on Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine.
In this 188-seat contemporary Chinese restaurant, commanding the kitchen of BLOSSOM Restaurant is Head Chef Li from Hong Kong. With 35 years of culinary experience and having helmed the kitchen of Michelin Star Restaurants, Chef Li presents their diners with the essence of authentic Cantonese cuisine infused with contemporary flavours for the modern palate.
BLOSSOM's cosy dining rooms and private dining rooms provide an oasis of peace. Against a backdrop of lush greenery, the materials contrast to create a sense of depth and luxury. The dining room design also takes advantage of the natural light that floods the room during the day- perfect for selfies and food pictures.
