In the Penthouse of Shaw Centre, the famed London private members' wine club 67 Pall Mall has finally opened its doors to the delight of wine lovers across the island.
This fancy Club welcomed its Members into its stunning 15,000 square feet establishment on February 14th 2022, following a multi-million dollar refurbishment. Certainly a steep price tag for a brand new experience but it definitely shows the dedication the Club takes and their emphasis on only providing the best for their Members. 
Aside from the luxurious feel you get when you waltz around the venue, you cannot miss the centerpiece tower of 5,000 wines. 67 Pall Mall boasts the largest and most comprehensive wine list in Southeast Asia with 1,000 wines by the glass. Not only are the world's finest and rarest wines available, the wine list encourages wine lovers to splurge and enjoy hidden gems instead of leaving the bottles to sit on shelves.
Opposite the majestic wine tower, a panoramic whiskey wall boasts an extensive collection of 430 whiskey bottles. The intimate space, which used to be the Penthouse's bedroom, can accommodate up to 35 guests and is an ideal setting for Members seeking to unwind for an evening of fine spirits.
If you are unsure of which wines to get, it’s easy to feel intimidated by the massive wine list. (We will be flipping for days). But fret not, you are in good hands with a world-class sommelier team of 15, led by Head Sommelier Roberto Duran. And if you are shy about labeling yourself as a wine newbie, the 5,000-label wine list is available on iPads, loaded with critics’ scores, winemakers’ information and tasting notes.
Yes so much wine but how’s the food you ask? 67 Pall Mall Singapore’s kitchen boasts an extensive menu of signature dishes from the London Club as well as Asian-inspired dishes for their Members to explore. Curated by Head Chef Alex Zhu, who has mastered French and British culinary skills from his time at Marco Pierre White’s The English House, Daniel Boulud’s DB Bistro, and Les Amis group’s Au Jardin.
